ProDefence Awareness and Skills Training

ProDefence provides training in awareness of the risks of victimisation, and skills to reduce the fear and impact of victimisation at work.

ProDefence is an awareness and skills programme for those who work in and with the General Public.
Whether you work in a shop, hospital or other people’s homes, ProDefence provides the training you need to identify and manage risks of victimisation.

ProDefence draws on experience working in the Police Service, Retail Management, Field Sales and some 20 years Self-Defence and Martial Arts training and instruction.

We will show you what to look out for in others who may wish to victimise you, how to avoid becoming a victim and, if absolutely necessary, what to do if you are targeted.
